On February 20, Heiner Kaufmann, senior corporate developer at the Swiss Federal Railways SBB, presented the SBB scenario space 2050. This scenario approach supports the strategy development at SBB, preparing the company to plan for and to adapt to future changes in its contexts. He proposed multiple possibilities to use generative AI in the course of a CIB process: when defining scenario factors and alternative developments, to identify possible hindering and forstering interrelations between scenario facctors as well as to transform raw scenarios into fictitious newspaper articles, podcasts, storys and TV news.
