We presented the ZuWaKo project at the German Congress of Geography 2023 (DKG’23), September 20 to 22, 2023 in Frankfurt a. M. The title of our presentation was: Future water conflicts in Germany: Participatory modeling and simulation games to deal with uncertainty and complexity. The session “Water: A Conflict Potential of the Future“ was chaired by Prof. Dr. Peter Chifflard from University of Marburg. It brought together researchers from various disciplinary backgrounds and allowed an enriching exchange on (future) water conflicts in Germany and worldwide.
